At NACTATR, Lionel leads innovation, business process, strategy, and US market growth. In addition to being the President and CEO of NACTATR US, Lionel founded Omicron Technologies as a sophomore in high school, and now acts as its founder and chairman. Omicron is a results-driven, solution and innovation firm with clients' goals in mind. It drives a framework of data, strategy and action to achieve tangible outcomes for both private sector advancement and public-sector benefit; with a focus on education, government, transit, and identity.

When engaged in an effort, Lionel brings a solutions-focused mindset combined with a history of successful business innovation, expertise in technology and large-scale data systems, and a passion for positive social impact.

With his dynamic business portfolio, Lionel has founded and supported a number of nonprofit organizations and social innovation entities. These organizations were established with both funding and leadership from Lionel and include: MGR, a direct service national nonprofit organization focused on empowering youth and changing communities; Odysseus, a national nonprofit focused on innovation and systems change; Ed Paschke Art Center: a center focused on providing public access to the work of the legendary artist Ed Paschke.

A native of Chicago, Lionel is also dedicated to leading action on community issues both locally and globally. He founded his family foundation to directly support action on critical issues. Lionel serves as Chairman on the Board of Directors for the National Veterans Art Museum and as the President of the Chicago Park District-Jefferson Memorial Park Advisory Board.
